内容摘要:

After giving a brief review of the classical Levi's problem for bounded domains and it's relation to convexity, we propose a stronger version of it which says that a boundary point of a strongly pseudoconvex domain can be convexified by a global holomorphic mapping. We present the solution of this strongler problem given by Dederiech-Fornaess- Wold and a generalization of it to general complex spaces. We then introduce the notion of squeezing functions on bounded domains, and give a boundary estimate of them based on the solution of the above convexity problem. Various applications of squeezing functions to geometry of bounded domains will be discussed, and some more recent developments will be sketched.

报告人简介:

邓富声,中国科学院大学副教授。2008年于中科院数学所博士毕业,2010年清华大学数学系博士后出站并进入中国科学院大学工作,2013年至2015年在挪威奥斯陆大学访问。曾主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目。研究方向是多复变和数学物理,在 Izv. Math., Transaction of AMS, Journal of High Energy Physics等著名杂志发表论文10余篇。
