摘要：We present the recent results on the spectrum  structures of the  Vlasov-Poisson(Maxwell)-Boltzmann equations and justify the  influences of  the electrostatic potential force,  Lorentz force, and/or the  mutual  interaction between charged particles of differernt types.  It is joint  work with  Ying Wang,  Mingying Zhong and Tong Yang.

报告人简介：山东大学数学系本、硕，中国科学院数学研究院理学博士学位，意大利SISSA博士后、日本外国人特别研究员 (JSPS)。现为首都师范大学教授、博导，2012年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助。李海梁教授长期从事偏微分方程理论研究，特别是研究了可压缩Navier-Stokes方程的真空消失现象和爆破；系统研究了量子欧拉-泊松流体运动方程的适定性、非线性稳定性等；分析了非弹性碰撞Boltzmann方程的渐近行为，揭示了“齐次冷凝态”在分子非弹性碰撞中的决定性作用；分析了Fokker-Planck- Boltzmann方程经典解的适定性和渐近行为，揭示了因粒子的随机扩散产生的宏观热效应机制现象；研究了 (非凸)双曲型张弛方程基本波在受边界效应影响时的非线性稳定性、张弛极限等问题，及P－系统的激波反射机制。
